a multi-purpose room for occasional guests. My husband and I chose
a sofa sleeper and the fabric selected became Sara's inspiration for

selected complementary paint colors to brighten the small room and make
it feel much larger. Much of the decor came from items we already had
- in cedar chests, drawers, etc. which helped hold down the costs. Sara

"A year ago I bought my first house. Sara came to
my house and has helped me tremendously. She took my existing items
and arranged them in a fashion that makes my living room cozy and very
pleasant. I was pleased how she decorated and arranged pictures
on the walls and coordinated the furniture to create a homey
atmosphere. She created a wall of family photos that makes me
smile every time I look at them! She also selected items for ledges in
my kitchen where she expertly arranged baskets and plates into 3 item
settings. I also have a flower ledge that she decorated with
antiques I had.
One of the greatest challenges in my house was my orange room
–yes bright orange!!! Sara selected a light green that
accented the window placements and makes the room look wonderful!!
She accented the bed with large pillows with matching green stripes
and turned the bed into a day bed placement which changes the whole
feel of the room. She put my white wicker chair with a striped
cushion in a corner and draped it with a quilt topper that was my
grandmothers. The room is so calming and the colors schemes and
placement of the bed and pillows have created a room that I can truly
enjoy and my guests can when they visit.
Sara also helped paint and decorate my guest bathroom with
neutral colors. In my office we tore out the old closet space and put
in new shelves then painted the office a neutral color - it looks
great too!
She has taken my ‘color challenged’ house and made it into a
lovely home! I am very pleased with her work and would recommend
her for all decorating and organizing needs you may have – she does
an awesome job!"
